Here are some of our most frequently asked questions, if you see something not covered that you want an answer to, just contact us!

Q: Where are you based/where do you ship from?

A: We are based just outside London, in sunny Essex and we fulfil our orders from a London based fulfilment centre.

 

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: All our items we print on demand (duh) or we would never be able to print your face everywhere! This means we may have a  slightly longer dispatch time (normally around 3 working days) to what you are used to. Once dispatched UK orders should arrive within 2 working days, EU orders within 14 working days and international orders within 20 working days.  

 

Q: My order hasn't come yet, what should I do?

A: If you are in based in the UK please allow 2 weeks after receiving the dispatch email before escalating to us. For EU orders please allow 3 weeks and for international orders please allow 4 weeks before contacting us. Thank you!

 

Q: Can I return my order or swap for a different size/colour?

A: As all our items are custom made to your specifications unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or it has a manufacturing defect. So please make sure you have reviewed our size guide and printing information before you order! If this has happened please accept our apologies and send an email to returns@yourfaces.co.uk.

Q: There are white marks / creases / blurs on my garment?

Sublimation printing is awesome, but not magic. Expect imperfections around seams and folds. 
Expect to have smudges, blurs and creasing near edges, seams and collars of garment. When printing flat artwork onto a constructed garment, some imperfections will occur, particularly under the arm. See below.
 

Q: My order is faulty/damaged/I received the wrong item.

A: Please accept our apologies. Please get in contact with us at contact@yourfaces.co.uk and we help sort this out for you ASAP!

 

Q: How do I update my account information?

A: You can do this by going into the 'My Account' at the top of the homepage, where you can edit your details such as your address, telephone number and email address. Unfortunately, you cannot update any order details once an order has been placed.

 

Q: How quickly will you respond to my emails?

A: We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours from Monday - Friday however due to various circumstances this may not always be possible, we will of course advise you if we need slightly longer to respond to your query.
